Spring Break Hours of Operation

Friday, March 13

Before Spring Break begins:

  • Upper Farinon: 7am – 9pm

  • Simon’s: Open 24/7

  • All other locations (Marquis, ECO, Skillman’s, Lower, CINCO, and Gilbert’s): Closing early at 2pm

Spring Break Hours

Saturday, March 14 – Saturday, March 21

During Spring Break:

  • Upper Farinon will remain open 7am – 9pm

  • Gilbert’s Cafe will remain open from 8am – 2pm (Monday through Friday only)

  • All other dining locations (Marquis, ECO, Skillman’s, Lower, Simon’s Market, and Cinco) will be closed

Sunday, March 22

  • Marquis: 7am – 9pm

  • Lower Farinon: 2pm – 1am

  • Simon’s: 24/7

  • All other dining locations (Upper Farinon, ECO, Skillman’s, CINCO, and Gilbert’s) will be closed

Monday, March 23
All locations return to normal operating hours.
